March 1 - Day 23 2:07 pm - Commencement of Labor

Ginny has been having contractions since 9:00 am, fairly regular and slightly stronger than on previous days. She was seen by one of her doctors earlier and it appears that she is in the early stages of labor. We don't expect it to be before midnight, but it could be late into the night or tomorrow.

Pat says that it is a "fact" that more babies are born during snow storms, but when she was pressed for the foundation of her claim, it appears to be based solely on her own experience - two children. Perhaps a third will strengthen her position.

  2. Snow babies occur due to barometric pressure generated during significant snow storms. Check with Warren, I predicted this morning that Collin's arrival would be today or Monday. God Bless!
